Ignatians, resolved to follow Our Lord’s command “Vigilate et Orate” (Mk 14:38), commit themselves to intense and frequent prayer not only for their own souls but also as an integral part of their priestly and Ignatian mission to seek the Honor of God and the eternal salvation of the souls of their fellow men and women.

- The Holy Sacrifice of the Mass (the “Ancient Rite” or “Extraordinary Form of the Roman Rite”)
- The Traditional (“Extraordinary Form of the Roman Rite”) Divine Office
- An hour of mental prayer
- Rosary of the Blessed Virgin Mary
- At midday and before retiring the “Particular Examen”
- Various vocal prayers and acts of piety such as visits to the Blessed Sacrament
- Weekly
- Via Crucis
- Monthly
- Half-Day Retreat
- Annually
- Ignatian Spiritual Exercises for 8 days
